BRIEF.

Create a strong internal brand for Crown Perth. Set a consistent tone for the internal culture that embodies the values, behaviours and personality of Crown Perth across all internal areas.

 

The brand should be passionate, fun, exciting, vibrant and full of life. It needs to feel inclusive and respectful for all team members as well as accountable and ethical.

A framework was created that provided clarity and alignment as to where internal communications sit along a spectrum of Crown Community Brand-led to Crown Corporate Brand-led material. 

​Guidelines were clearly set out in terms of brand hierarchy and creative approach whilst all laddering up to one unified brand.

Four of the Crown internal brands needed to follow suit as an extension of the Community brand so a framework for this was also created.

We then explored some of the Crown Corporate brands following a similar framework and how they would sit along side the Crown Resorts and Community brand with an internal/external focus.
